Ok i have sent in messages over the last few days about the new marketplace the way i was asked to. Via the contact. No one has responded,and my questions are still not answered.

It says i was sent payments but they are not showing up in my stripe account.

I do see the money in your account on our side.

I took a look and it seems you have two items shipped and the system is now waiting on the buyers to mark that they have received them. Once they do that the funds will be marked to payout to you. If they don’t, and there is no dispute, the funds will automatically release to you once the transaction timeline is complete.

We’re working on reminders now for buyers and sellers that will help cut this wait time down.

In the meantime you could message your buyer and ask them to mark recieved.
