Hello, just tried cleaning the Red Sea reef wave 25 for the first time. When I put it back together after a citric acid bath I found 2 tiny washers and don’t know where they go. Anyone know?

Yep - I broke both of mine the last time I cleaned mine getting the impeller out. Seems to still work fine without them though. If you refer to the following Red Sea parts image of the shaft/magnet, I believe the circled portion is the washer (I'm going off memory here as I disassembled my ReefWaves about a month and a half ago and I can't take them out right now to verify). Hope this is somewhat helpful for you.

That’s got to be it, thank you . Seems like both of them were used back to back.

i know this is an old post but thought I would confirm after ending up with 4 of these washers and doing my research that 2 go on each side, as you can see here at 9.46 mins.
