Help! Ricordea dying\dead?!

The colony was fine last night but this morning i saw the tank the the largest ricordea looked deflated. Is it dying, im going to get my water tested today hopefully

No I would not say it's dying just in a stage of fluid exchange, inflation/deflation. Does look like the system has a nutrient issue though, so when you get the water tested ask for nitrate and phosphate levels. How old is the system and what lighting type?
