HELP, sick yellow tang

I have 2 Yellow tangs, 1 bright and eating well,looks healthy, the other is pale and appears to be starving
I can see its bones and stomach. What can I do to help it?

You really need to get it eating. What are you trying to feed?

Is the other one being a bully at all? What size tank are these two in?

They are in a 75 gallon tank. No film, ich or bullying, just not eating. Died a few mins ago. Gone to a bigger, better reef. Thanks for trying to help.
