Can someone help me identify what these are? I appear to have two groups of them. One are little white circular organisms on the front glass, which are much more dense and prevalent, and then I have little white worms on the sides and back wall of the tank. My fish are swimming and appear completely fine.

I attached pictures- can someone tell me what these are and how to get rid of them?

I'm assuming your tank is fairly new?

The copopods are beneficial part of your CUC, and they are great fish food!

The worms will self regulate based on food(limit powdered coral foods). They usually exploded in population in a new tank, then will wean back after a while.

Neither are harmful.

Bunch of pods it looks like. New tanks will have a large bloom until the population regulates itself.
