help! vevor chiller leaking!

so, i got a vevor chiller for my axolotl maybe about a couple months ago, but it has a leaking problem. primarily on the bottom. its been there pretty much since the beginning but since the amount of water leaking was so small i honestly couldn’t tell whether or not it was just condensation so i just let it go. but recently its gotten bad enough to the point where it no longer can be ignored. there’s also a decent amount of water pools up on the top where the hoses connect to the chiller. i’ve already tried tightening the hoses but it didn’t seem to work much. any suggestions on how to move on from here?

I suspect that water on top of chiller is condensation from lines.

With respect to the water on bottom of chiller, if it’s not condensation on exterior of piping, then your chiller heat exchanger has an external leak and that would be your worst scenario.

Consider possibility of condensation on hoses dripping onto bottom of chiller.

I suspect that water on top of chiller is condensation from lines.
