HELP! WAV broke so got new one and not working

Had a wav pump stall and not work, will contact support but in meantime ordered a new one. Plugged it into previous place of other wav that took off and Nada.
What can I do?
How do you add or change on classic apex? This thing is beyond difficult

I am clueless!

Hmmm I'll give you a clue but first, I assume you have called Neptune Systems customer support?

They sadly didn't help much and then got disconnected. I then went to the support community and posted it so I am waiting on that. I assumed could just plug new one in since had one in location previously. Fusion said stall and now says missing.

Was at work when called and just walked in. Now I don’t even have number so I’m screwed till tomorrow

Sounds like they washed their hands with this one!!! Your action of calling out to the Community, Contact Support and continued troubleshooting is all we can do. Funny though by calling out to the Community you did find someone with the same issue - me. I just posted a "shout out" as well for any WAV help. My WAV system has stopped as well after unplugging one head - this happened once before and I got it running but this time no luck yet. I see no issue with asking this R2R community if anyone else has had this issue and or what the fix was. Will continue to follow your post.

So unlike the other person who was just unhelpful, I was able to get it finally fixed after emailing support and going through it with them. Once I am home , I will send you what they sent me.

It would be helpful to others who may come across this same issue, if you post the fix in this thread. That way everyone can learn.
I have WAVs as well but thankfully haven't had any issues with them yet.

yes, my new Tile bin is empty, it does not have any WAV tile in it. Did you email Contact Support or call them? I will send an email as well. Thanks a bunch for the post update!
