Help! What is this? Its inside of my sub and intake?!

Haven't been looking at my intake and out take valve, but after doing a water change it looks pretty bad. It doesn't move just stuck on everything you can think of. Is it bad? What should I do? Tried searching online, but can not find anything. Help!

To me it looks like pineapple sponges. Harmless, helpful, cute little pineapple sponges

The pic is not that clear but it looks like amphipods. They are good for your tank. Fish who eat them will love it.

Copepods mixed in there as well. You should be good to go.

Definitely pineapple sponges...no worries.

+1 on pipeapple sponges. They usually stay in high slow areas and are completely harmless. They usually disappear as the tank matures.

When my grandmother looked at my tank she saw all my coral and a huge pineapple sponge and said the pineapple sponge was her favorite coral in the tank.....
