Generally, when clownfish have a reaction to stinging anemones or corals, it leaves black marks.
The pictures are a bit out of focus, but if there also spots on the fins, not just the body, this could be marine ich.

Are there ANY spots on the other clownfish?
Ich is very contagious, so unless both fish show spots, it may not be ich.....

Turning the temperature up does not work for saltwater ich, it actually makes it worse. It does work on freshwater ich, but that is a different species.

Garlic has some limited benefit in controlling internal parasites, but also doesn't work for external parasites like this.

Ich X saltwater is a low dose formalin product. It works for Brooklynella, but not so much on marine ich.

You need to set up a QT tank to treat all fish and leave your primary tank fallow for 45 to 76 days depending on the final diagnosis. If that clown gets more cloudy appearance on the top half it is most likely brook and not ich.
