Help! Whats wrong with my anemone?

This is how my anemone has looked for four days now!! its been eating all the levels are great. The tentacles have been inflating than deflating. The mouth has been elongated for the entire four days.

everything is great eats tentacles inflate and deflate levels are good..been like this for fours days? could it be splitting?

Yes, its eats daily..... i had a feeling it may be dying... :(

How long have you had the anemone? Water parameters (actual numbers)? Lighting and photoperiod? Tank size? What are you feeding?

Unfortunately I'd say it is dying. I have a few anemone's look like that and last for quite some time. But the outcome were all the same. My rainbow anemone is doing Great but the other RBTA's in there died….who knows why.

Google, cipro treatment for anemones. However, by the time you can get the meds or start the treatment it might be too late.

+1 on cipro treatment. I would move it to a hospital tank now.

I would definitely not feed an anemone daily. A small amount of food once per week or twice at the most is more than enough to sustain an anemone. Overfeeding could have caused its demise :(
