We are designing our build to support a 100gal tank, and we're curious if this (admittedly unconventional..) build will be strong enough.

We're including a @RocketEngineer stand, but sort of hiding it inside Ikea cabinets. The potential pitfall is that the dimensions of the cabinets don't allow for the stand to extend the entire length of the tank, but we're hoping that adding a couple of vertical 2x6's under the overhang and wrapping three sides of the stand/topping the entire length of the cabinet with 3/4" ply will help strengthen the whole structure. I'm including diagrams of what the outside will look like (it's 3 Ikea Sektion bases: 36"w, 18"w, 36"w), what the front view of the actual stand/supports would look like, and what the top view would look like. Appreciate any input!

If it were mine I would build the rocket stand out to the third cabinet and just use the skins for asthetics. Having a split load on two different bases leaves room for sagging or movement in my personal opinion. The 3/4 ply on top is a for sure needed addition but it could still sag on the end with no horizontal top reinforcements especially since your outer 2x6 is not even under it.
