Thinking of redoing my stand using 8020, was wondering if anyone could look over this list to see if I have everything for the build or if I am missing anything. This is just for the basic frame not including the doors. I am planning for the stand to be 48.25 x 24.25 x 36. Sorry for the dumb question and probably the many more to follow but this is the first time I am using 8020.

You may want to add the machining so you can use the flush mount t nuts. I’m not sure if the gussets alone will work.

This is the corner on my stand. I had it designed by a 80/20 supplier. They said it would be strong enough with just the flush mount bolts but I added the gussets for personal peace of mind.
