Is there somewhere I can send my tunze skimmer in for repair? The front part of the body assembly doesn't snap in on both sides for some reason. The last time I tried to run the skimmer it had TONS of micro bubbles coming out of it. I would love to get this up and running again as my current skimmer is way oversized.

Yes, but usually this comes down to one of two simple issues. The bottom perforated plate goes in the second slot from the bottom, not the very bottom slot. The intermediate plate has some notches in the side that line up with the ribs on the front and back and the "tail" just rests on the perforated plate, if either of these pieces is not in correctly it will not close.
