I love mine but I am not sure they love me I have hard time with them. This and FF Digi’s being the exception. They seem to do better in low light I have mine about the same height in my tank as my JF jack o lantern and it seems happy. Old Jack needs pretty low light or it will start to bleach and it seems like this is the same. Enjoy, if you look at it under a good magnifying glass or if you have some high magnification soldering glasses they look so cool. Half blue half brown polyps against the pink really does look like a star filled sunset. The name really fits

I have the rock it came on sitting at the bottom directly under my LED’s and T5’s which is 24” under water and 34” under the lights. So far so good.

dang impressive colony!! Do you know what par you had those under or did you just have them low?

I never measured par to be honest. Always kept it at the bottom of the tank. Any higher it would loose the pink and turn orange/brown.

Trust me, it wont take long. We kept a small piece that grew on the glass. Got rid of it because it was growing to fast and was killing other corals. Lol. The new growth was always bright pink. If you zoom in you'll see the round frag plug I glued onto the middle of the rock, that's how small it started.

I'll have to date some pics but it was pretty fast. If I had to guess a year, maybe less.
