Help with Acclimating shrimp

Hello therr guys.
Today I bought a cleaning shrimp, and I started to acclimate it. The problem is that I have been drip acclimating it for 3 hours and salinity isnt matching yet. What should I do? Shrimp is at 1023 and my aquarium at 1025.
