I don’t have an ORP probe and I keep getting this alarm and can’t figure it out. Here’s a screenshot.

Also. Do I set alarms for texts/emails as on or auto and set off or set on?

Thanks fellas!

Set Email/alarms/texts/notifications to “auto”...

Then, on that virtual outlet, click on the “gear”/settings. ..

It will then take you to this screen...

Then scroll down and delete the line that has to do with ORP...

When done deleting, scroll back up to the top and click the upload(yours will be orange signifying changes have been made, not grey like mine since I didn’t change anything)...

That should do it! Hope that helps, let us know if you need anything else @Eder.

Go to the inputs page on fusion (the one with the thermometer icon) and see if there are any alarms enabled (the right most column). That may be the source of your unexpected alert.

Good catch!!! But can’t figure out how to uncheck the alarm. I’ve had the probe disabled for a long time since I use that input for another ph probe for my calcium reactor

Can you not just select that probe line and then uncheck the alarm box on the subsequent drop down menu? If not, you may need to inquire on the Neptune forum.

Try this...

On that same ORP input screen, change the Probe drop down to “enable”. Then upload to save. Then scroll back down and click into the “advanced” tab. Then set Alarm to “Never”. Then upload to save. Lastly, change the Probe back to “disabled”.

Hope that makes sense. Let us know!
