Sad to say a friend of mine has a passed away unexpectedly and his wife has been left to deal with the Aquarium.
The problem is that the setup is quite complicated and is being run by his Apex.
without knowing his Fusion or display login password is there any way in which to gain access to his system ?.

Neptune will have to assist with that. Sorry for your loss :(

Thanks Kyl.
That was my next step.
I will be heading over there Tuesday to see her and wanted a few options on the table to reduce the stress.

Sorry for you loss, condolences to the family. If he was like me I have a cloud based password app that holds all my passwords and can be accessed from my mobile device or laptop, maybe he had one toy and possibly his wife knows the password to get into it, otherwise like posted above Neptune will have to help you with that. Might want to have his wife contact them ahead of time so that they can verify things.

Thanks Kyl.

The possibility is he never changed the default password

Hope that's the case if not i will submit a ticket to Neptune .
Thanks .

Most places will require proof. We had to get a death certificate to deal with our dads stuff when he passed away. Hopefully Neptune will be able to help you without it. Sorry for your loss.
