Help with Cespitularia Coral

I bought this coral frag around 3 months ago, it took a few weeks to open up fully but other than that has looked good. This morning I noticed it was very shriveled and had bumps all over it. I have it in a 20 gal mixed reef tank and I don't see anything unusual with my other corals. The pink dots are flat worms that I've been trying to get rid of for the past few months.

My parameters are:
ph 8.0
alk 6
nitrate 20

Will be doing a water change today to bring parameters back to normal (ph is usually 8.2-8.4 and alk is usually 7-9)

Is it from low alk or irritation from flat worms? Any other ideas?
