I got these hitchhiker crabs with TBS live rock. Are these reef safe?

The large red striped one and the small brown striped one appear to be porcelain crabs and should be reef safe. . . not sure about the medium black crab though.
+1 to this - the two are porcelain crabs and are safe; the black one is probably not reef safe - it looks cool, though, and the color is pretty unique, so I'd personally say it could be a fun sump monster (just make sure it can't get at any cords in the sump).

Thank you. It looks exactly like a porcelain crab based on google images. I released the two crabs in the main display and the black one into the sump

Often confused with emerald crabs, these guys hunt for food portions and clean substrate in the process.

Black one looks like the Chlorodiella nigra crab, very similar looking to emerald crab but unsure if they are as peaceful as their relatives. They do have the flat claw tips as the emerald crab has.
