so Im trying to hook up my doser, and upon first connection, it cycles through the colors on the top and the logo flashes red, I know this is "alarm" but it has not been hooked up to anything. It also is not detected when I plug it up to the comp, Im running the newest GHL Control on the comp.

Any ideas? How to get it out of this state?

You've already setup your direct usb connection within GHL Control Center, Administrative?

Maybe you need to install the "Driver" manually, see "Troubleshooting" within the manual.

Like Jerel said the USB driver needs to be installed for you to connect using GCC. Windows is very crazy about USB drivers. [emoji3] After the USB driver is installed you might have to restart your computer to get windows to recognize and use the driver.
