Help with dosing

I have Dr. Foster and Smith sodium bicarbonate and calcium chloride. I want to use it to start dosing since my parameters go down fast. My questions are how do i make the solution and how do i dose it?

Goto brs calculator and enter your tank info and use sodium carbonate or bicarbonate (discontinued) from the drop box and it will tell you how to mix solution and how much to dose.
Generally 2 cups of bicarbonate to 1 gal.
