Pics high in blue making it hard to confirm but appears to be brooklynella which is a typical clown disease. Fish will have a hazy, milky appearance breathing more rapidly with a loss of appetite and even acting lethargic
A freshwater dip will offer temporary relief but treatment will be formalin based with use of quick cure or ruby rally pro.
