Help with Heteractis. Which way is up?!

Can't believe I'm asking this but I can not tell the top from bottom. First three images are of one side, where it looks to be spewing something, however the last two images are of the other side where their seems to be a tiny mouth... Help!

I'm no expert but the last image looks like the foot is facing up just looking at how the tentacles are.
