Help with ID plz

Recieved some corals from an online shop. A couple of them died pretty quickly and one of them wont get any bigger than a small pin. So, the shop wants to know which ones died and I am very new to this and not exactly sure which one is which. Can you please help me identify them. Here is the list that i received.

I'm not gonna be a ton of help since I don't do coral names but here's a bump for you! I can say the grandes will be bigger than the rest.

Can't you look on their website and see names with pictures?

You would have better luck in the zoa forum, instead of the SPS forum.
