Help with I'd

Hi I got this at my lfs. When I got it it was about half inch and was floating in there tank . Taken it home fix to lr and stuck it in the sump. Not 6 weeks later it's around 2 and a half inches and looks good . Just really would love to no what it is so please help

Looks like a red goni. The tubes are just scrunched up.
