Hard to tell from the photo (I'm on a phone). It honestly looks like a sarcophyton, but that's a soft coral, not an sps. Maybe porites?
I purchased it from Petco and it was an “assorted soft coral” I also have another coral I need help with identifying, same situation.

First one is a toadstool leather, second is a finger leather.

Neither are SPS.

Both are softies like the Petco display stated.
So what kind of light requirements do you recommend? I have it on like 60% to let the coral acclimate but thinking it was SPS it’s pretty high up in the tank.

Anything from 50-150 par should be fine.

No idea what light you have so 60% doesn't mean much.

They both look unhappy.
While they do look unhappy, leathers can pout for a while after they are moved.
I would recommend making sure they get medium light and flow, and assess in a few days. Unless you need to move them right now due to the lighting, don't mess with them... it could make their adjustment period even longer.
(And just FYI, I have toadstools that look amazing, and then for no reason apparent to me, start to droop - like their stem is broken - and look horrible. A few weeks later, they are amazing again :) )

Good to know because as soon as I put this one in here he began to row horizontally and still open at the same time, I was wondering if he was too top heavy or if he was just upset

You can try to prop it up if you want, but the stem might attach itself to the "prop".
