Help with JBJ RL-20 Chambers

Hello Reefers,
I'd like some help with the equipment in the back chambers on my JBJ RL-20. It currently sits as so

1st chamber (far left chamber): intank media basket (top: filter floss, middle: carbon bag, bottom: nothing)
2nd chamber (middle): Tunze 9001skimmer
3rd chamber (far right): heater, inkbird controller probe, return pump

I have a reefdose 4 i don't know where to put and also i'd like to add chaeto to bring down nitrates.
Can I add chaeto to my intank media basket and throw a light above that chamber? If so, can i still have the filter floss and carbon bag in the same media basket and how should i arrange all of those in the media basket?

You can add the ReefDose tubing to the chamber with your return pump. I think you're maxed out for space and probably won't be able to fit any kind of effective refugium.
