Help with Jr.

Just picked up a apex jr. with an extra 8 outlet and a netgear wireless thingy. Oh it also has a cd.
Now I went to neptune site to try to get started and the site has instructions only for the unit with a display. Thats as far as I got as I dont have a display. Was told this hasnt been used or updated for years. Anyone know how to get me started? The problem is I know nothing about computers. Thanks for any help

Oh I only have a laptop and windows 10 if that matters
