Hey guys any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I bought this along with my P4 mega set awhile back and have pretty much finished my tank build. I’ve set everything thing up and haven’t had an issue with anything until I got to calibrating the Ph probe for the KH Director. When I select calibrate probe and put it in solution it just reads 0. Always reads 0 weather it’s in ph4, ph7, or RO water. I bought a new probe thinking maybe it had dried out possibly, attached new one this evening and same result. I’ve reset unit and tried again, I’ve tried running a test and it just shows a Kh of 0. I also attached both probes to my P4 and got readings from both so I’m now thinking there’s nothing wrong with the probes and maybe the unit itself? Had anyone experienced this?

I don't own a KH director as I use an Apex, but if you are getting a reading of 0 pH, that means that it is not electrically connected to the input. Make sure you twist in the BNC connector on the pH probe

Yes I’ve triple checked that I have it attached correctly, I have also used a test meter on the port and got a voltage reading so I’m really puzzled as to what is going on. I also own an Apex that I have on another tank the connections are similar for the probes.

Ok I’m really flustered here I’ve bought two new probes, and another KHD director still get a ph reading of 0 when trying to calibrate. Is there anyone that has an idea of what’s going on here.

Did you make sure you added the doser and Khd to your setup? You need to go into system and make sure to assign your new devices.

I know that when I had the khdirector I didn’t follow the manual exactly and messed it all up.
And the videos on your tube are better than the pdf instructions.

Yeah it’s a stand alone doser so I actually don’t have a PAB cable to the P4 at all. But the KH director is assigned to the doser and all pumps have been assigned and calibrated. I’ve watched the videos on setup and have everything set on the KH director until I get to calibrate probe. This is where I’m running into issues when I hit calibrate all readings are 0
