Help With Kh director

Hmm. Power cycle maybe. It’s like it doesn’t see it or I doubt the ports bad. It’s a new probe right?

Right that’s what I was thinking, like it doesn’t see it. I’ve tried 3 probes, and just went and got another KHD director and I’m having the exact same issue

I don’t remember having to enable the port. But I did some configurations on my laptop using the control center

I'd open a ticket with GHL. This is not normal behaviour and there's no need to enable the probe explicitly within the KHD setup. There's at least one other person on the internet that has had a similar issue:

Thanks everyone for your help, I’ve got it working as of now, I had to change the SA Doser to a slave and connect it to my P4 then set up the KH Director there where the probes worked fine. I bought the SA thinking it could run on its own should something happen to my P4, but this works for now. Not sure what the issue was trying to set it up as a SA. Glad I had an extra PAB cable.
