Hi everyone, I’m new here, I have a 32 gallon tide line AIO I am looking for advice on flow and lighting. As of now I have a VCN random flow generator and have downloaded a few AI 16 prime presets. My tank has quite a few corals and just a few fish.

It doesn't look like a lot of flow just from your pics, the left hand side of your tank looks quite still to me. I see that you added an RFA to your return, and I believe you got one form Vivid Creative Aquatics (VCA), and they are very good. Did you upgrade the stock return pump to take advantage of the RFA?
