Help with my Allen's damsel

I've noticed that my damsels stomach is enlarged. I know it's not the best picture but he doesn't sit still lol. He's eating, swimming everything is normal. Except his stomach enlarged. He seems to occasionally have a stringy white substance hanging from underneath sometimes. Idk what to do.
