I am about to send this back. No matter what I do I cant stop the skimmer from ejecting bubbles from the return back into my sump, which in turn ends up in my tank. I had it on my temp system in the garage until I put water and rock in my dt. Then I moved it to my dt. When it was on my temp system it wasn't acting this way. No ejecting bubble.

What am I missing here? My water level is 9". Same as it was when I had it on my other system, Could it be because my DT is cycling?

See picture.

thats how it works...

That's not true. I have a SWC 160 and I've noticed it puts out a lot of micro bubbles if nutrients are fairly dense ie during a cycle. I would just wait it out and if it hasn't stopped when your nutrients drop then send it back. It is a great skimmer.

Yup. There must have been somthing in the water. It calmed down now. Thanks everyone.
