I am attempting my first NSA my only question is what can I do to add extra filtration back in the tank is a 75g the sump is a 40b I have a 15g fuge section a 10"x 12" skimmer section then a return pump section I have 3 used marine pure large blocks that I was going to put behind the skimmer but after reading about the aluminum leaching problem with theses I'm having second thoughts what are my options I'm planning on running the triton method as well thanks in advance

I run Marinepure blocks and have done multiple ICP tests. One test showed trace aluminum but the following two showed zero aluminum. My understanding is that the later revision of the Marinepure blocks took care of the problem. Corals in my tank are definitely not showing any negative signs from the blocks.

Maxspect Nano-tech bio block is another alternative to Marinepure blocks that has had some great reviews.
