I woke up this morning to an odd graph on my apex. It seems that at 2:30am my lvl dropped from 1.7 to 0 instantly then returned to normal 40 minutes later. I thought it was error but my temp probe obviously came out of the water also. Was this an error or did I narrowly avoid disaster. Any ideas what happened? My tank appears perfectly normal this morning

The thing that makes me doubt error is that my temp probe obviously came out out of the water
How do you know for sure? Did it show an electrical usage spike at that time where your heater ran?

My temp probe dropped from 79 to 74 the exact time my lvl showed low
Is your ph probe mounted next to them in a holder? Idk how you have the probes mounted so I couldn’t really tell ya for sure.. but if you didn’t have a leak how would the water level drop so much?

Just overlap what graphs you can or copy and paste them to review side by side. As mentioned above you can look at temp probe, heater power, logging, level sensor or sensor, and see if they all align.

Difficult to tell with the graphs because we don't know the timeline of it. Just look at them all, overlay what you can, and you will know if it is something that actually happened or an anomaly. If it was low your ATO should have kicked in and you would see that although I don't know how your system is setup.

This is just my opinion and experience when I saw my temperature drop. I just pulled the temp and heater watt graphs and saw the problem right away. Heater was not drawing any power so knew it was bad. Replaced and all back to normal.

I’ve concluded that somehow my drain line got clogged and then cleared the clog on its own
Did your top off drain down a bunch or set an alarm? Not sure which one you have.
