Help with parrot fish I.D.

Just picked this guy up yesterday, looking to I.D. The specific type. I know its a parrot fish, but is it a “queen” parrot fish? LFS just sold it to me as a simple parrot fish. It’s approx 4.5” long. Very shy as well.

Also, if anyone with exp would like to add to the thread as to care/food types/temperament etc.... it would be appreciated.

LFS said a few things that aren’t matching up with the reading/research I’ve been doing since bringing it home

It looks like it might be a princess parrotfish; I’m seeing the similar fin color and facial striping.

Looked up the princess parrot, and am inclined to agree with you. To add to that, if we are correct, then i have a female as well lol
