i use the hanna low range, not the ULR. is 8 equivalent to 0.08? if so thats like ideal. i aim for between 0.05 and 0.1. so anything in there is great to me.
No, that calculation is not correct.
Shoot for around 30ppb. Phosphorus.
26ppb equals your 0.08ppm phosphate.
33ppb I think is around .1ppm phosphate.
