Hey Folks! I'm looking to add a media reactor and am confused on what connectors I need to put this media reactor with a Sicce pump.

.5g Dreambox Media Filter - Royal Exclusiv
Input: ¾” male slip (20mm)

Syncra Silent 1.5 Pump (357 GPH) - Sicce
Outlet: 1/2" Female NPT or 3/8"-9/16" Hose

Could someone help me out and tell me what connector/adapter I need to convert this 3/4" male slip to a 1/2" barb (so I can run 1/2" tubing to connect both)? Or if I'm completely wrong, what do I need to piece this together?

Thank you in advance!

Best I can come up with.

3/4" coupling with a 3/4" spigot x 1/2" barb. or.....

3/4" union with a 3/4" spigot x 1/2" barb. Union looks problematic with the exit pipe on the reactor being low. May have to elevate the reactor off the ground.

What you need is a 3/4" socket by 1/2" barb. I can't find one. www.flexpvc.com seems to have pretty much everything manufactured in fittings.

Barb: then use coupling or union between this and reactor.

Thank you for your help! I'll look into your recommendations. I really wish they provided more instructions on what's needed to set this up.

I was thinking you could put a 3/4" 90 on it also if you want the barb facing up to save space.
