I got it, I know what I can do! I came across a modification on the return nozzles to turn them into line loc line which in turn I can adjust the return height so I siphone less water.

I just disassembled one of the circulation heads and there are no pass throughs and its sealed with a gasket to make it watertight.

Alright, that's not going to work either. The 2 pass through ports below the 2 x circulation returns is causing the water to equalize in the rear sump. With my sump completely full (not overflowing obviously) I can get the water line in the rear sump just under the emergency drain.

Not sure where to go from here other than try and stabilize it where it's at now. Thanks for the help!
