Help with Seasons Greetings Montipora

Good afternoon team, I would like know if you can help me please.A few months ago I bought this wonderful piece and until this week everything was going very well, I have noticed that a whitening area has begun to appear that has been getting bigger every day, all other montiporas and soft corals are healthy. Could you help me with your experience with this specimen if you know the cause? The parameters of my aquarium are those

Alcalinity 9

Ca 359

Mg 1300

Salinity 34

Phosp 0.09

Nitrates 26

Is that a chalice or Favia just barely visible in the right of the picture? If so, that would be where I would look first. Especially is it’s up-flow from the monti.
