Help with simplicity doser

Hello fellow reefers,
So this morning I noticed my simplicity dose showing an incorrect time and date. I tried to adjust it on the display but it will not save it. It goes back to what it shows. I’m afraid that it’s not dosing my tank properly and need to sit and watch it when it comes time to dose. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to reset the whole doser? I have pulled the plug and plugged back in but that does not work. It resorts back to the same time and dates. Any help please.
