Help with skimmer ID

Anyone have a guess at the builder of this skimmer? Quad Becketts with two reaction towers.

Its not a DIY skimmer is it? I could be totally wrong, but it just looks similar to homemade skimmers I have seen.

Looks custom built. You'd have to have a major system for that beast!

Thanks everyone, was built by a local builder and is a 1of 2.
Will be going on a 600+ gallon build.
