help with T5 please

hi... i have a nano 24"x12"x13,5" i run a Radion xr30 gen 5.. so far really good.. but the T5 are my love for sure...
so i was woulder if some one have a par reading in memory about a 4x24w in a 24" tank... and 6x24w t5 .
