Hi all, so I am asking for some feedback and help.

Please see pictures and let me know what sort of disease is this

I already lost Rainford Goby, Clown goby, and mandarin.
Don't know what killed them though.

My all parameters are good enough as per my understanding.
Alk 8
Cal 440
Mag 1400
Phos 0.1
Nitrate 30
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Ph 8.1
Temp 25.5

These are mucus plugs likely mixed in with ich and will need to be treated in a separate treatment tank using coppersafe or copper power at copper level 2.25-2.5 monitored by a reliable copper test kit such as Hanna brand for a full 30 days
Increase aeration and monitor ammonia level also with a reliable test kit

So I remove all my fishes (Or just the ones infected?) and move them to Hospital tank and treat them with copper (Is Seachem Cupramine good?) for 30 days?

Do I need to do anything in the Main Display Tank while fishes are out?

I agree, this is ich mixed in with mucus.

Coppersafe for 30 days in a treatment tank will work good. It is safer than Cupramine. Be sure to keep the ammonia under control!

The main display should remain fishless for 60 days.

Just to mention - once fish loss has begun due to ich, it is VERY difficult to get a treatment started fast enough, it can take three days for coppersafe to start to work.

All fish need to be removed to a tank 10 feet or more away from the display tank, and the display needs to remain fallow (fishless) for long enough that the ich cysts will starve and die out. If any fish stay in the tank, the ich's life cycle will continue and it can't be eradicated.

The only copper treatment I can get right away is Cuparmine. Others need to be ordered and may take 1+ week to arrive. So cupermine can work right?

Also there are some fishes which are kinda impossible for me to remove from Main DT, what happens to them? Are they gonna die (even though they are not infected yet)? The Ich life cycle is based on killing the fish right? I mean it will infect the fish and kill it for it to restart the process again?

The fishes I am referring to are some wrasses or diamond goby, they just go under the rock, and I can't move those rocks.

Yes - Cupramine works, it just can cause reactions in some fish. Don’t go about 0.60 ppm and you might want to dose it for just 21 days.

Not removing all fish from the infected tank will either cause them to eventually die, or if they maintain a subacute infection, they will serve as “Typhoid Marys” and can reinfect when the other fish are added back.

So with Cupramine I maintain 0.6ppm for 21 days to be effective?

So with no fishes in main DT (either removed or dead), how long it takes ich to just die off?

Yes, because Cupramine is more toxic to fish, I go with a shorter treatment.

With no fish in the DT, it is safest to leave the tank with just invertebrates in it for 60 days, then the ich will die out during that time.

What do you think about 'Parasite Treatment - Reef Revolution'? They say it treats Ich in main tank.

Or Reef Revolution's Copper Treatment (Quarantine)?

The Reef Revolution product is a copy of Polyp Labs Medic, it is a peroxide salt. It fails to work in many cases - the underlying problem is that any medication that is "reef safe" also tends to be "ich safe".

Their copper treatment is ionic copper. In order to use that, you need a good copper test kit and maintain a 0.20 ppm dose for 21 days. I used to use that treatment (made it myself) for decades, but then I switched to Coppersafe because it is much less toxic to fish.

Given a choice between their copper treatment or Cupramine, I would choose Cupramine.
