Help with Tuxedo Urchin

Got this urchin yesterday from a friend who was shutting her tank down and has had it for a year... drip acclimated it and put it in, still on the same rock as it landed on last night but I can tell it’s been moving around... After work I look at it and it’s got some white/cream colored stringy stuff coming out of the top. Asked her if this is what it looked like when it poops but she said she’s never seen it do that before. Anyone know what this could be?
The rest of the coral and fish in the tank are doing great.

Sure its coming out of the top or just something that got snagged on it?

First I urchin I got didnt move after I put it in. Released I killed it after not acclimating long enough. Second one I dripped much longer and had better results
