So after much deliberation I decided to add auto dosing to my system and went with the Vertex Libra. I'm dosing calc, alk, mag in one and strontium, potassium and acropower in the second. The problem I'm having is air is somehow getting into the tubing and causing negative pressure so if I vent the lines and clear all the air bubbles out of it, as soon as the vent ends it pulls air in from the drip end of the tubing and now it's causing partial doses.

I have no idea how to fix this. The local rep said its somewhere at the connection point between the tubing and the system but I've checked and it's flush and tight.

I'm currently dosing 40ml of Alk a day and have to quick dose 15ml every 2-3 days to maintain 7 in a 150 reef

Anyone deal with this with their doser? I'm having to test water and dose
More now that when I was just manually dosing. Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.
