what is the best way to rise phosphate and nitrates? My tank is currently running 0 on phosphates and 1.5 on nitrates. Lost pretty much all my sps because of this. I just started dosing reef phytoplankton but don't know how to rise my nitrates to a level (5-10) where I can have sps. Thanks

I been upping both of those as well. I powered down my skimmer and put some frozen mysis shrimp and over 1 week i was able to raise my phosphate somewhere between .03 and .1 and nitrates are at 5ppm

I think once the food is broken down it start bringing up p04 and dont put to much phyto that will rocket up po3 before moving phosphate anywhere. Try frozen food
