Need help id’ing this wrasse.
More likely a lunatus IMHO. Brunneus isn’t quite that red and that lunate tail suggests it’s been male for a while.

It was not red at all when I got the fish ( the original picture was from the LFS, fish arrived in dark colour). Here is the current fish in QT.

That’s a brunneus for sure then.
I’ve never seen them quite as red as the original picture which threw me off.

That first picture (it was actually a video clip) got me to buy the fish almost instantly.
This is my first Cirrhilabrus wrasse and loving it so far, its already feeding and not as shy as I thought.
