Help with yellow tang

My yellow tang has lost its color. I give it plenty of algae based food but it still looks very pale.

Looks very healthy other than pale color ??? Can you give a bit more detail as to what foods exactly and to the system in general ?

This is the diet I feed my fish:
San Francisco Bay Seaweed Salad. Once a day
Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef flakes. Twice a day
Ocean Nutrition formula two. Twice a day
Frozen shrimp....etc. once a day

The water tests have been really good and the other fish look great.
220 gallon tank, 110 gallon sump with refugium, lifereef 36"skimmer

Is there another tang in the tank? Sometimes if being bullied it will lose intensity of color.

There is a blue hippo in the tank as well.
