Zoas don’t open my tank has been running for over a year, I have mushroom corals and rock flowers, coral elegance but Zoas don’t open and if I put simple sps like a monti ends up dying. I went to my lfs and they said my water parameters are good I have an another tank running basically the same setup and no issues there attached is the api test and picture of the tank. Any help is greatly appreciated

My hanna phosphorus ulr is reading 170 ppb on the system with issue and the other system 160 ppb

Have you tried moving the zoas to other parts of the tank, either with higher or lower light and flow? I've got several about half way up in the middle of my tank with medium flow, and they seem to be happy.
